We know how the role is complex, challenging, fun and also complex, challenging and not fun. We also know that the only people who really understand what we do are ourselves. Academisation changed who we are and created a profession. A profession we are deeply proud of.

Our team has a wealth of hard earned experience. We have worked across the Trust world from single academy trusts (SATs) to the largest Trusts in the country and have been clerks, regional officers and Directors of Governance (with a lot of compliance, policies and data protection thrown in). We also have a hidden team – our community – who are part and parcel of everything we do, and who have the most enormous amount of knowledge and experience to share.
The team at Trust Governance Professionals have wide ranging knowledge and expertise that instils a great deal of confidence when drawing advice and discussing practice.
