Once you join us, you stay – we have a 95% retention rate.

This is delivered through virtual sessions, our community portal and our help on hand sessions. Our sessions are friendly, accessible, welcoming and our group know each other.

Our guidance always goes above and beyond the norm - letting you know what you need to know, why you need to know it, when you need to do it and the tools to achieve it.

We translate complex regulatory requirements and statutory guidance into practical solutions for implementation. Effectively we digest all those sector updates in your ‘to-be-read’ email folder and tell you what you need to do about it!

Why should you join Trust Governance Insight?

Why should you join Trust Governance Insight?

We know the governance professional role is often isolated and can be lonely; our community comes together to support each other

Everything we do is developed by academy governance professionals for academy governance professionals.

Trust Governance Insight is your space

Our group is our strength – we include everyone from standalone academy trusts to the largest trusts in the country, we have special trusts, alternative provision, faith and mixed trusts

Within our group there will be someone who has been there and done it – we showcase best practice to enhance how we work

On a scale of 1 – 10, how likely are you to recommend TGI to a colleague or another trust?

“TGI is an invaluable source of expertise, information and support within the governance of academy trusts across the country.

I have attended several governance training programmes and accessed a wide variety of resources and tools online, but TGI deliver to a level above all others I have experienced.

The tools, content and information sharing is always current, helpful and fit for purpose, eclipsed only by the training sessions and support that demonstrate a remarkable understanding and intuition for the current issues facing Governance Professionals within academy trusts. The way TGP are professionalising our sector is exceptional”.

Head of Governance and Corporate Services, Star Academies

TGP were a huge support for me when I started in a new governance role and the group remains my 'go to'.

I love that there are no silly questions and no-one is made to feel inadequate if they need help with basics. A brilliant system that works very well.

Georgina Neil

Head of Governance and Compliance, The Tapscott Learning Trust

Joining TGI was a no brainer for me! My Trust has continued to benefit from the ongoing support, guidance and resources that are so warmly shared and designed to ensure TGI members are not constantly having to reinvent the wheel!

The sessions run by the TGI team are incredibly valuable and no question asked is a silly one! Being a member of TGI has taken away that feeling of isolation which often comes with being a sole Governance Professional in a Trust.

Thank you for all you do, I couldn't be without you!

Governance Manager, Southend East Community Academy Trust
